Terms and Conditions

  1. Services to be provided by Robert Mills Computer Services shall be subject to these Conditions.

  2. Robert Mills Computer Services reserves the right to charge the Client for late cancellations. This will be calculated at half the prevailing rate.

  3. The offer to supply services for a certain price will be valid for three months from the date of the Proposal

  4. If the client is to supply Robert Mills Computer Services any documents, materials, assistance, data or other material these shall be supplied within sufficient time to enable RMCS to perform the Services in accordance with the contract. Robert Mills Computer Services shall not be liable or deemed to be in breach of contract if these materials are delayed, incomplete, incorrect or inaccurate and Robert Mills Computer Services will reserve the right to charge the client for the provision of additional Services necessary as a result thereof.

  5. Any rates expressed on an hourly basis are on the basis of booked appointments mutually agreed. Robert Mills Computer Services charges are revised on 6th April of each year and the fees agreed with the client to be provided after that date may be charged accordingly.

  6. Robert Mills Computer Services standard terms of payment are 14 days from Invoice. Invoices are usually issued weekly.

  7. Robert Mills Computer Services is not VAT registered. All charges quoted exclude VAT

  8. Robert Mills Computer Services will not make appointments for Clients who have overdue Invoices.

  9. All copyright and other intellectual property rights in any documentation and materials in whatever form used in or produced in the course of the Services shall remain vested in or shall vest in Robert Mills Computer Services absolutely.

  10. Robert Mills Computer Services will manage sensitive Client business data professionally.

  11. Robert Mills Computer Services carries Public Liability Insurance only. Robert Mills Computer Services will not be liable for any loss of profit or any indirect special or consequential loss, damage, costs, expense or other claims, whether caused by the negligence of Robert Mills Computer Services or otherwise which arise out of or in connection with the provision of Services to the Client. The Client will be responsible for data backups and disaster recovery implementations. If the Client requires Robert Mills Computer Services to carry additional Insurances then requests should be made explicit prior to work commencing.

  12. Robert Mills Computer Services operates in Pembrokeshire and West London only. Other areas are by negotiation only.

  13. Robert Mills Computer Services may at the Clients request provide third party goods. Robert Mills Computer Services is not liable for faults or any other issues arising from these goods.

  14. Robert Mills Computer Services may from time to time revise these terms and conditions. The latest version can be found on the company website at www.rmcomputerservices.co.uk
