What are your rates

Our rates are subject to constant review. We feel it is important that we offer you the best service possible and as such we are not always the cheapest but we are competitive. We offer our services on a multi tier basis:

One off fees
Our one off fee is for callout work and is charged on a per hour basis. There is no additional callout fee, we simply charge for the time we are on site.
Monthly Contracts
Our monthly contracts are based on providing you with support for a minimum of one hour each month. Typically this will be on site but could also be for off site support such as project based work or telephone helpdesk functions. Please contact us for a customized contract for your needs.
Project based work
Project based work can take two forms. Either simple off the shelf solutions or bespoke systems for your needs. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

How did you create this website?

This website was created by hand coding the pages to try to maintain good compatibility with most operating systems and browsers. We also designed it to look good at as many resolutions as possible. We selected 1024x768 to be the optimal resolution to view this web site but bear in mind that it should still be useable at lower resolutions. All images are defined to allow viewing and navigation with images off and also to be compatible with text based browsers.

Testing was done on windows 2000, Mac OS 9, Mac OS X, Linux and usinf IE as well as Firefox

I have an old vhs, can you put it on DVD?

We can create a DVD or Video CD disc which should work on most DVD players. Please contact us for more details.

Please note that the discs are limited to about sixty minutes and if they are copyrighted we can only transfer them if you have permission from the copyright holder. We currently offer short production runs only, if you need a large run please speak to us as we will try to facilitate your needs. We can also handle DV tapes and as they produce a better quality end result we would advise you to allow us to use the DV originals rather than second generation VHS copies.
